Quotes attributable to Shadow Transport Minister Jodi McKay
“Clearly Andrew Constance was trying to buy time when he asked for patience last November. It’s now obvious he doesn’t know how to get the trains running on time – or he doesn’t really care.
“Every train passenger now knows that with Gladys Berejiklian and Andrew Constance in charge of transport, getting where you want to go, on time, has become something of a lottery. That’s no way for people to live or an economy to grow.
“The Government claims the trains skip stations to stay on time. There is clear evidence that isn’t true. We get a litany of lies and prevarications from the Government. If Ministers put more time into doing their job instead of making up new excuses we’d all benefit.”
